1947 Ford Deluxe V8 Club Coupe, early '50's style kustom. Built by a dedicated well know hobbyist/machinist in the Canton area over many years of dedicated craftsmanship. This car started as a excellent example of a Ford coupe and modified ever so slightly as though it was completed in 1951. Modifications include adding finned aluminum heads, and 3x2 carbs to the 24 stud flathead V8, through a stock 3-speed manual transmission on the column. Specially engineered clutch actuator cable makes for smooth chatter free shifting. Brake fluid can be added from under the hood. The chassis has been evenly lowered approximately 2" and rides on wide while wall tires with trim rings and smooth hubcaps. The body has had the hood and deck shaved, louvers added to the hood, grille filled, twin functional spot lights and frenched headlamps, plus box style fender skirts and shaved door handles with electric entry. The interior is white roll and pleated vinyl with custom guages and hardware. The trunk is fully lined to match. The car is finished in Corvette Hawaiian Orchid poly.
