V8, coupled to a Torqueflite automatic transmission and a 2.94:1 differential. This car is loaded, not only does it feature the usual power options like steering and brakes but includes power windows and vents, power 6-way seat, door locks, power antenna for the AM/FM radio, cruise control, front and rear Air Conditioning, remote mirrors, tilt and telescopic steering wheel, reclining seat, headlamp sentinel, rear window defogger, and options M3M two tone leather interior in black and gold. The car was built so early in the production year the color is a 1965 color of French Ivory.

The car was bought by a local man when it was one year old and never driven winters or in bad weather. He went so far as to buy a 66 Chrysler 300 for winter use to keep this car as pristine as you see it here. Even when no driven the engine was keep running, leather seats treated to conditioning and even the chrome was wiped with oil during winter storage to avoid pits and it worked!
